Cornish Giant Chicks and Laying Hens are required to be picked up on designated pickup weekends.  All chick brooded past the pick up weekend will have an additional $1.00 per chick/poult per day fee applied at pick up unless arrangements are made at time of deposit.

All laying hens picked up after designated pick up weekend will have an additional $1.00 per hen per day fee applied at pick up unless arrangements are made at time of deposit.

Hembrough Custom Hatching chicks and poults orders are 50 percent refundable before order cut off date and non-refundable after that date.

Laying Hens orders deposits can be refunded as follows: 

• +6 weeks before pick up weekend - full refund 

• 4 to 6 weeks before pick up weekend - 75 % refund  

• 2 to 4 weeks before pick up weekend - 50 % refund  

• less than 2 weeks before pick up weekend - non refundable
